Grand Tastings - Thanksgiving Edition
Thanksgiving wines? We got you covered! This Friday, November 22nd and Wednesday, November 27th, we're showcasing our most impressive lineup yet in a 2-part holiday grand tasting that will surely cover all your wine wishes, needs and tastes.
For the white wine fans, there will be Rieslings, Chardonnay and a couple of unique Italian whites meant to shine alongside roasted turkey and cranberry sauce. If you're visiting for dinner, wow your white wine loving host with the Zyme From Black to White, a one of a kind white wine born of an accidental grape mutation. It's a typically red Rondinella grape, naturally modified from red to white, and then reproduced by Celestino Gaspari, the owner of Zymè. It's part (60%) blended with Golden Traminer, Kerner and Incrocio Manzoni, that bring an aromatic texture, a slight tannic feel and a long, mineral finish. Sure to dazzle with taste and history alike!
Red wine drinkers won't be disappointed with our big French and Italian flavors ranging from an earthy Gigondas red to robust, velvety Valpolicella and a complex blend seemingly designed for ideal gift-giving. Our favorite stand-out is the Kairos red, an ambitious blend of 15 Italian grapes, rated among the top 1% wines in the world. Heavy, impressive nose, with a complexity of red fruits and cherries. Complex, rich and lingering, a harmonious red that can pair across the board with your entire Thanksgiving dinner.
All this and much more in our two-part Thanksgiving tasting event, paired with holiday inspired snacks and treats.
